We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of health and supplement products, items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
* The product must be unopened, unused, and sealed
* The safety seal and lid must be fully intact
* The item must be in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@envitall.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:
* Damaged
* Defective
* Incorrect
Contact us immediately at support@envitall.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
* Opened or used supplements
* Any product without its original seal
* Sale items
* Gift cards
